Erikka Stamps

Erikka Stamps is a Career Coach with the  (AASCE) program at North County High School. She holds a degree in Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience in youth curriculum development and behavioral health. Her work focuses on guiding students through career exploration and life readiness with empathy, structure, and purpose.

In addition to her professional background, Erikka is a certified facilitator in unconscious bias, equipping her with the tools to foster inclusive, supportive environments for all students. She has also served as a middle school track and field coach and girls’ basketball coach—leveraging sports as a platform for mentoring and leadership development.
