Erik Lee-Ryan has been with Goodwill of North Georgia since 2021, first serving as Regional Workforce Development Manager and transitioning to his current role of National Technical Assistance Manager in October 2022. He has years of workforce development experience in nonprofit, city, state, and federal workforce initiatives, currently specializing in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) program. He is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II Facilitator, and a Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP).
