Erica Davis is the Workforce Director at Gamm, Incorporated, where she leads efforts to connect people with meaningful career pathways across North Missouri. With over eight years of experience, Erica is known for building strong partnerships between employers, educators, and job seekers to create inclusive, opportunity-rich communities. She holds a master’s degree in Human Services and has been a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) since 2021. Erica currently serves as Public Information Chair for the Missouri Association for Workforce Development (MAWD), amplifying the voices and stories of workforce professionals statewide. She is also part of the inaugural cohort of the NAWDP Leadership Academy, where she demonstrates a commitment to professional development and purposeful growth.
