Eliud Alcalá

Eliud Alcalá is an accomplished workforce development leader and community advocate currently serving as the Deputy Director of the MassHire North Shore Career Center. With extensive expertise as a Certified Business Representative, he specializes in high-impact recruitment strategies and the development of industry-specific training initiatives designed to bridge the gap between local talent and regional employers.

Throughout his career, Eliud has been a driving force for economic growth on the North Shore, overseeing no-cost business resources and facilitating large-scale hiring events. His dedication to the workforce system has earned him prestigious recognition, including honors at the Statewide MassHire Awards for his commitment to “Building Futures.”

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Eliud is a deeply engaged civic leader. He serves on the boards of the North Shore Latino Business Association, the Lynn Community Health Center, and Neighbor to Neighbor. Passionate about empowering others, he also shares his expertise as a citizenship instructor at the House of the Seven Gables, consistently working to create accessible pathways to success for both job seekers and the business community.
