Elaine Cossey

Elain Cossey serves as a Workforce Development Manager at ed2go, where she helps colleges and community organizations expand access to online career training for adult learners. Before joining ed2go, Elain spent eight years with the State of Arkansas managing and monitoring the Trade Adjustment Assistance program. Earlier in her career, she worked as a paralegal in both civil and federal bankruptcy law. Her cross-sector experience gives her a unique perspective on how policy, technology, and education intersect to create equitable learning opportunities for adults.
