Douglas Allers

Douglas Allers manages the Ticket to Work program and serves as the Disability Services Navigator at AAWDC in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. With 15 years of experience in workforce development, he specializes in supporting individuals with disabilities as they navigate employment services and pursue sustainable career outcomes. An AmeriCorps alum, he is deeply committed to service and inclusion. As a Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CP-WIC), he provides benefits counseling to individuals receiving SSI and SSDI and is certified to deliver ADA and disability inclusion training using a nationally vetted curriculum from the Northeast ADA Center at Cornell University.
