Donna Hay is President and CEO of the National Job Corps Association (NJCA). She has extensive experience in higher and postsecondary education, talent strategy, and government relations. Ms. Hay’s prior roles have included vice presidencies at a research and consulting firm advising companies on their hiring and talent development strategies, senior director of a nonprofit focused on youth internships, director of the Teaching and Learning Center of a community college network, and numerous campus-based education leadership and teaching roles.
Ms. Hay holds a J.D. from Georgetown University, an M.A. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Nursing from Oakwood University, an Historically Black College / University (HBCU).
