Diane Roberts

Diane Roberts, a dedicated professional with nearly 24 years of experience in the education sector, is deeply committed to workforce development and community empowerment through education. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Youth Services at Employ Prince George’s.In her current role, Diane provides leadership and direction to the Youth Services programs, initiatives, and projects, including those funded by the Blueprint for Maryland and federal, state, and local workforce programs. She ensures the efficient delivery of services and the achievement of program performance goals. Diane works closely with partner organizations to achieve program goals and objectives while increasing the number of youths served with quality services. Utilizing her background in curriculum and development, she oversees the creation and implementation of a robust in-school career counseling program. Her passion lies in promoting economic and educational empowerment while fostering academic equity and excellence for all students.Diane is deeply committed to inclusive leadership and effective community programming for marginalized groups. She aims to create a safe, inclusive, and conducive environment for growth and development by fostering a cultural competency and awareness climate.
