David Williams

David Williams serves as a Workforce & Human Development Expert who utilizes executive public administration best practices in government and non-profit workforce programs. Leading the strategic creation of ecosystems for workforce programs, mentors, employer, and partner organizations, he expands program offerings through people management, training, facilitation, and development. Specializing in innovation, project management, and leadership, he has served in government and national non-profit workforce and human development capacities to develop thousands of youth and adult clients.
With a passion to develop people at all levels, he is a proud native born and raised in the District of Columbia, who has become an innovative servant-leader that embodies the following leadership philosophy and mantra for success: First you set the standard, then you raise the bar.
He holds an Executive MPA from American University in Washington DC, B.A. in Communication and Minor in Tech. Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland College Park.
