Darrell “Coach D” Andrews is an internationally acclaimed workforce development consultant, coach, and motivational strategist who has spent over two decades transforming workforce and youth development systems. He is an 18-year speaker at NAWDP events.

As President and Chief Passion Officer of Darrell Andrews, LLC and Associates, he and his team have helped organizations nationwide create powerful results in team synergy, client engagement, culture enhancement, and job seeker motivation. A former JTPA and WIA Youth and Adult Provider, Coach D’s programs—such as HYPE (Helping Youth Pursue Excellence) and BASIC (Building and Sustaining Internal Change)—achieved some of the nation’s highest graduation, job placement, and retention rates. His company now partners with workforce boards, schools, and apprenticeship programs to help connect young people and adults to sustainable career pathways through motivation-based workforce development frameworks (for staff and youth) and virtual/live passion-mapping, soft-skills, and life-skills training courses.
