Danielle M. Gilbert, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, MPA is the Founder and Chief HR Officer of Manifest In You Consulting, LLC, a certified fractional HR consulting firm (SWaM, WOSB, EDWOSB, Black-owned). With 20+ years of HR leadership experience, she specializes in helping organizations build people-first infrastructure that drives compliance, culture, and capacity. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration, and brings a multidisciplinary lens to every engagement. A 9x published author, global speaker, and Goldman Sachs Black in Business alumna, she also serves as Executive Director of Women Can Inspire Foundation. Danielle is the recipient of the 2024 Alcott HR Stewardship Award, a recognized Richmond History Maker, and holds certifications from both HRCI and SHRM.
