Crystal Gunter

Crystal supports the WIOA Employment Social Enterprise (ESE) project and ESE connections with Local Workforce Boards. She provides technical assistance on program development, implementation, and improvement for WIOA ESEs to ensure they are successful in providing services to high-barrier individuals and meeting WIOA grant outcomes. Crystal has 16 years of experience in workforce development including data management and analysis for program evaluation, development of training materials, innovative process improvement strategies, and providing policy recommendations.
