In October 2022, Claudia became the director of the Community Innovations Impact Department at the Partnership after overseeing a $56M portfolio as the director of the COVID-19 Response Project supporting the Chicago Department of Public Health. She provides overall leadership, program management, oversight, and technical assistance to their sub-grantees and manages a team of 21 team members to oversee workforce development grants in re-entry, public health, construction, youth employment, and housing.
