Cheryl Davis

Cheryl Davis, CPCC is a Leadership Coach, Organizational Development Consultant, and Principal at Beacon Development Consulting. Her expertise lies in designing and delivering organizational training, health, and leadership development programs to evoke personal transformation and spark collective growth. For nearly two decades, including her time with the nation’s largest health foundation, she has worked with private, nonprofit, philanthropic, and governmental organizations to strengthen their internal capacity and mission delivery systems in order to create a healthier, safer, and more equitable society. She holds a MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the Milano School for Policy, Management, and Environment at The New School and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
