Chelsea Dade

Chelsea Dade is the Founder and CEO of Communicate For Health Justice (CFHJ) LLC, a youth workforce development hub and consultancy. Since 2018, CFHJ has delivered tailored pro-youth initiatives and programs on the most important skill, communication, that mobilizes youth of promise as actors in their health and the health of their communities. Through CFHJ, Chelsea leads initiatives that build professional writing, campaign development, and writing skills for underrepresented youth, helping them enter and thrive in the workforce with confidence and purpose.

Chelsea holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the College of William & Mary, and an M.S. in Health Communication from Northwestern University. She has spent the past nine years working as a youth advocate and social impact leader.
