Cassidy Floyd

Cassidy is the Director of Partnerships and Student Success at Advanced eClinical Training (ACT), where she leads external relationship development and student support strategy. With over a decade of experience in student enrollment and program management, she has helped expand access to credentialed training pathways through partnerships with universities, healthcare providers, and workforce organizations.
She successfully launched ACT’s flagship university partnership and has played a key role in scaling national training collaborations, improving student retention, and streamlining enrollment operations. Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Aviation & Aerospace Sciences and is a nationally recognized public speaker. Passionate about mentorship, she ensures students receive the resources and support needed to succeed in healthcare and allied health careers.
