I am thrilled to be part of the NAWDP Leadership Academy because this is the moment to harness industry-driven training to open doors to real opportunities for jobseekers. Innovation and equity must move together. Employers need solutions that keep pace with change, and jobseekers deserve real pathways, not just promises of training. This program gives me the chance to learn from leaders across the country and bring these ideas back to Buffalo.
