Barbara-jean Chauvin

Barbara-jean Chauvin, Ed.D. is a transformational leader with extensive experience in education and youth development. With a Doctor of Education degree from Plymouth State University, she is an established professional with expertise in instruction focused on equity and access, curriculum and workforce development, and grant writing and management. Dr. Chauvin is deeply committed to her role as CEO of the Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club. Her dedication is evident in her efforts to create positive learning environments and increase community partnerships and funding for programming and health-related services for club members. This commitment has led to significant improvements at the MV Boys & Girls Club, enhancing program delivery for members and supporting academic achievement and social-emotional well-being.
