Angelica Garcia

Angelica is a Project Director based in Chandler, Arizona. She brings 10 years of state government experience leading person-centered strategies that improve access to child welfare, workforce, early childhood, and benefits services. Previously, Angelica was the Finance and Business Operations Administrator at the Arizona Department of Economic Security where she administered the budgeting and contracts functions for the state workforce programs. Angelica holds a Masters of Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Arizona State University.
