Andrew Bercich is the Founder of SummitWorX Solutions and a strategist focused on strengthening workforce systems and community-serving organizations. He brings deep experience in cross-sector collaboration, talent development, and designing practical solutions that help leaders turn vision into action. Before launching SummitWorX, Andrew served as the head of Talent Acquisition for Amazon’s Alexa and Artificial General Intelligence organizations, where he helped build Generative AI teams at global scale. Andrew is also a sought-after speaker on workforce development and previously served as Chair of the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB), helping shape policy and practice across the U.S. workforce system.
