Andrea “Drea Kay” Kelley is a creative strategist, consultant, and visionary entrepreneur helping people and organizations align purpose with strategy to build sustainable, measurable impact. She is the Founder and CEO of Living in Pursuit, LLC, a consulting and innovation firm specializing in strategic planning, workforce innovation, curriculum design, and project-based implementation.

With over a decade of experience across workforce development, leadership training, and community-based initiatives, Andrea is known for translating big ideas into structured programs, facilitating cross-sector collaboration, and designing learning experiences that strengthen leadership, emotional intelligence, and career pathways. Her work bridges strategy with empathy and execution, particularly for multifaceted creatives and emerging professionals.
