Adesewa Adesiji

Adesewa Adesiji is a Workforce Strategy Consultant (WSC) with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, serving the metro area. In this role, she partners with businesses to develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining today’s and tomorrow’s workforce. Adesewa is particularly passionate about advancing BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) representation across industries and organizational levels. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and an MBA from Augsburg College.
