It features live, weekly sessions (over the Internet) plus a supervised practicum. Participants learn how to assist adults to choose the right job or career, find employment and stay hired. It includes interactive exercises, case studies, group discussions and weekly assignments. 
  •  Finding Employment that Works for Individuals with Asperger's Syndrome/Autism is a one-day seminar on how to guide individuals to make better job and career choices. It can be delivered in person or via the Internet. It includes a workbook with tips, tools, and assessments.
  • Leveraging Asperger's/Autism Strengths in the Workplace is for human resource managers, diversity/inclusion personnel and hiring managers. Content is customized and typically includes: Modifying the interview process; creating a work environment that is conducive to success; addressing communication and executive function challenges; accommodations.
