NAWDP strives to develop the professional capacity of workforce professionals by offering a wide variety of applied learning opportunities. 

Available to members and non-members alike, our in-person events provide continuing education programming aligned with the industry's identified core competencies, job functions and specialty practices.  However, members receive discounted pricing.

Annual Conference

The Annual Conference is an all-encompasing event with the most diverse attendee list of NAWDP's in-person events. There will be a little bit of everything for everyone.

Youth Symposium

The Youth Symposium is a mini version of the annual conference that centers around specific youth programs.

The Academies


The Academies are very specific to a particular subject or program and can be held in-person or virtually.
