Jalon Marshall entered Employ Prince George’s, Inc. Knowledge Equals Youth Success (KEYS) Program in October 2024 with a clear and unwavering determination to change the trajectory of his life. From the beginning, he stood out as a respectful, well-mannered, and highly communicative young man. His ambition and drive were evident from day one, quickly marking him as one of the program’s most promising participants.
Through KEYS, Jalon enrolled in IT training with the HOPE Project. He dedicated himself to the coursework and successfully earned his CompTIA A+ certification. He consistently arrived ready to learn, eager to grow, and determined to succeed.
Jalon’s professionalism, positive attitude, and strong communication skills made a lasting impression on staff and peers alike. He became a quiet leader within the program, setting an example of what’s possible through commitment and preparation. Today, Jalon proudly begins his career as a Financial Crime Analyst with TD Bank, a significant milestone that reflects both his hard work and the support he received through KEYS.
