The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is proud to announce the newly elected members of its Board of Directors Executive Committee, whose term will run from January 1, 2026 through December 2027.
The Executive Committee plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission of NAWDP. When the full Board of Directors is unable to convene, the corporate powers, business, and property of the Association are exercised, conducted, and controlled by the Executive Committee on the Board’s behalf. All actions taken by the Committee are reported to the Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting, ensuring transparency and alignment with the Association’s strategic direction.
The following leaders have been elected to serve on the NAWDP Executive Committee:
- Dana Keller, Gamm, Inc. – Chair
- Manuel Ugues, Serco of Texas, Inc. – Vice Chair
- Vickie Simmons, ARIZONA@WORK, Southeastern Arizona – Treasurer
- Brenda Motley-Aikens, Ross Innovative Employment Solutions – Secretary
- Kirkland Murray, Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation – Sergeant at Arms
Each brings a deep commitment to strengthening the workforce development community and supporting professionals who work every day to connect individuals to opportunity and employers to talent.
NAWDP looks forward to the leadership, experience, and vision this Executive Committee will bring over the next two years, as the Association continues to elevate best practices, expand learning opportunities, and empower workforce development professionals nationwide.
