The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is proud to announce that applications are officially open for the 2026 Leadership Academy, a year-long professional development experience designed to equip workforce professionals with the skills, confidence, and connections to lead the future of the field.
Offered in partnership with the University of Georgia’s J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, the Academy provides a unique blend of hands-on training, peer collaboration, and practical application. Participants will graduate with a Certificate in Leadership Development from the Fanning Institute as well as the Certified Workforce Development Leader (CWDL) credential from NAWDP.
