Answer: The New Professionals Cohort is a 12-month program designed by NAWDP to support and empower early-career professionals in workforce development. It provides a dedicated space for professional growth, connection, and exploration within the field.

Answer: Each participant is matched with a mentor who is an experienced workforce development professional. You’ll schedule four 30-minute virtual meetings throughout the year to receive guidance, share goals, and build a meaningful connection.
