We are pleased to continue to offer the 2026 Annual Conference programming as an in-person event and virtual event. Select your attendance preference during registration.
If you are registering more than one attendee or you are registering for someone else, please use the Group Registration Form.
Registration Rates
Early Bird Registration
- NAWDP Member (paid Individual, Group, and Lifetime memberships): $625
NAWDP members MUST be signed in to receive member discount. - NAWDP Non-Member: $750
Early Bird Registration Rates are valid from January 7 – February 11, 2026. You must register and PAY by February 11 for the early bird rate.
Standard Registration Rates
- NAWDP Member (paid Individual, Group, and Lifetime memberships): $725
NAWDP members MUST be signed in to receive member discount. - NAWDP Non-Member: $850
Standard Registration Rates are valid from February 12 – May 6, 2026.
Substitution Policy: Substitution requests must be submitted by May 6, 2026 using the Registration Change Form. Additional fees will apply when transferring a registration from a NAWDP member to a non-member.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by April 22, 2026 using the Registration Change Form. All refund requests are subject to a $125.00 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER April 22, 2026. YOU CAN TRANSFER TO THE VIRTUAL OPTION AT ANY TIME AT NO CHARGE.
