Virtual Academy – Career Coaching

Career coaching is a pivotal component of workforce development.  Its importance lies in its ability to empower individuals with the tools, guidance, and confidence needed to make informed career decisions, leading to sustained employment and personal fulfillment.

During this 3-day virtual academy, workforce professionals will be equipped with advanced skills in career coaching. Each of the eight, 1-hour sessions will include concrete, evidence-based techniques and actionable exercises that attendees can immediately put into practice with their customers.  Additionally, time will be built into the Academy for professional networking opportunities with Career Coaches from around the country.
