Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are vital in developing skilled and diverse talent for today’s workforce. This session will guide workforce development professionals in forming partnerships with HBCUs to create career pathways, bridge skills gaps, and foster economic growth.

Attendees will learn strategies for building mutually beneficial relationships, designing aligned programs, and leveraging the strengths of HBCUs. Through best practices, participants will discover how these partnerships support underrepresented communities and create a workforce that reflects the diversity of our nation.
