Business Development and Grants Manager
The Business Development and Grants Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing diversified revenue opportunities for the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP). This position leads grant strategy and execution while supporting broader business development initiatives, including sponsorships, partnerships, fee-for-service opportunities, and foundation funding aligned with NAWDP’s mission and strategic priorities. This role works closely with senior staff, board leadership, and external partners to expand NAWDP’s revenue base, strengthen financial sustainability, and support programmatic growth across the association.
