Continuing Professional Development Log

The CWDP credential has a term of three years. One of the requirements for renewing your CWDP status is to attend at least 60 hours of professional development related to one or more of the 10 workforce development competency areas during these three years. (If you rated yourself a "1" – possess little or no knowledge or skill in the area or "2" – possess basic knowledge or skill in area- for any competency area in your initial application, you are expected to address these areas first.)

Use this log sheet to keep track of your professional development activities between now and when you renew your CWDP credential.
