How to JOIN:

  • Option 1: Join (individual) ONLINE - credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express only)
  • Option 2: DOWNLOAD Individual Membership Form - one person (you, you own the membership)
  • Option 3*: DOWNLOAD Agency/Group Membership Form* - multiple people (your employer owns the individual memberships that comprise the group)
  • Note:* Agency/Group membership forms must be completed via downloading the form and returning it to NAWDP per instructions on the form. Online submission is not available for agency/group membership application.

How to RENEW:

  • The options are the same as above.
  • Click: your option, link above
  • Enter: your member login name + your member password.
  • Select Renew, and proceed accordingly.
