The Journal of Workforce Development

The Journal of Workforce Development is dedicated to publishing manuscripts concerned with research, theory development or program applications related to workforce development.  A membership benefit, subscriptions to the Journal may be purchased for $75 a year. 

Submission of Articles

• The Journal actively invites articles from the field, including original research, applied research, case studies, literature reviews, research updates and white papers. 
• Scholarly articles must be peer reviewed prior to submission.  Articles will undergo a review to determine whether the content is appropirate for our audience and will further the knowledge and skills of workforce development professionals. 
• Please submit manuscripts electronically in Word format to the Editor at editor@nawdp.org
