The CWDP is a nationally recognized credential for individuals who have demonstrated they have have what it takes to provide the highest quality services to our nation's job seekers and businesses.
A recent survey found:
- Seventy-nine percent (79%) of those making hiring, promotion, salary, or bonus decisions indicated that they place a value on an individual possessing the CWDP credential when they make those decisions. Reasons include:
- It demonstrates a depth of understanding of the profession and the work involved
- It shows their commitment to the profession, and
- It shows their commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Deadlines are:

January 31st: Review in February, Results available mid-March

April 30th: Review in May, Results available mid-June

July 31st: Review in August, Results available mid-September
-
October 31st: Review in November, Results available mid-December
NOTE: If the deadline falls on a weekend, applications must be received by the Friday prior to deadline.
