Keith Hensley, CWDP

Keith Hensley, has been employed in workforce and economic development positions in Massachusetts since 1980.  He has run the course, starting as a CETA participant, then promoted to progressively higher positions within CETA and JTPA.  In 1988, he entered higher education until the present, where he is employed at Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts as Dean of Workforce & Economic Development.  Keith is a national presenter on workforce-related topics.

Keith has served on the NAWDP Board since 2003.  He currently serves on the NAWDP Executive Committee, Certification Committee, Professional Development Committee, and Membership Committee.  Keith also serves as the New England Region Representative on the board of the National Council for Workplace Education, an advisory group for the American Association of Community Colleges.  Since 2006, Keith and the Massachusetts NAWDP representative have co-presented the New England Workforce Development Professionals Conference, an annual event held each September.
